Mark Ruffalo Wants To See Professor Hulk Face Off Against Wolverine

Mark Ruffalo has revealed that he wants to see a Professor Hulk movie where he faces off against Bruce Banner and Wolverine.

In Avengers: Endgame, many of our heroes underwent major transformations during the five-year time jump. Perhaps the most dramatic transformation was what happened to Mark Ruffalo, as he became Professor Hulk. While Mark Ruffalo has been playing the Hulk since The Avengers, the Hulk hasn’t had a solo movie since 2008. A major reason for this is because of a rights issue with Universal, so Mark Ruffalo getting a Hulk solo film is up-in-the-air.

However, Mark Ruffalo revealed that he is in talks to appear in She-Hulk, but nothing has been confirmed yet. The Marvel Cinematic Universe is also about to expand with the notable addition of Wolverine and the X-Men. During his panel at C2E2 in Chicago, Mark Ruffalo was asked if he would like to see a film about Bruce Banner becoming Professor Hulk. Not only does Mark Ruffalo want to see it, but he would also like to see him face off against Wolverine in it too:

“To be totally honest with you, I want to see the movie where Banner and Hulk ultimately have to battle it out and then the Professor is sort of the brainchild of that. Kevin Feige, are you listening? We want Professor Hulk. The only person in the universe that Hulk is afraid of is Banner and I want to see the ultimate showdown between the two of them. And maybe Wolverine.”

Who do you think would win in a fight? Hulk or Wolverine? Sound-off in the comments below!

Mark Ruffalo last appeared as the Hulk in Avengers: Endgame, here’s the official synopsis for the film:

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Josh Brolin.

Avengers: Endgame is now available on Digital HD, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD.
