Last night, Mark Ruffalo took to social media and finally reacted to the announcement as the Avengers star and Hulk actor welcomed She-Hulk to the Marvel Cinematic Universe. What do you think? Are you as excited as Mark Ruffalo for She-Hulk to get her very own Disney Plus series? Let us know in the comments below!

Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk, is a classic Marvel heroine from Hulk lore who happens to be Bruce Banner’s cousin. She remains in She-Hulk form, but is smart as a whip. As described by Marvel, “Jennifer Walters was transformed into a Gamma-powered Super Hero thanks to her cousin Bruce Banner, and backs up her sensational strength with her savage wit and confidence.” She-Hulk is a force to be reckoned with and is the perfect character to add to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Details on Marvel Studios’ She-Hulk series remain under wraps. The series was announced alongside other new Marvel Studios projects for Disney Plus including Ms. Marvel and Moon Knight. Marvel first announced the development of live-action series for Disney Plus in the fall of 2017. The studios’ slate for Disney Plus also includes The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, WandaVision, Loki, What If…? and Hawkeye.

As for Mark Ruffalo, when the actor will reprise his role as Hulk next remains a mystery. Mark Ruffalo’s Hulk was last seen in Avengers: Endgame. Here is the official synopsis for the movie:

The grave course of events set in motion by Thanos that wiped out half the universe and fractured the Avengers ranks compels the remaining Avengers to take one final stand in Marvel Studios’ grand conclusion to twenty-two films, “Avengers: Endgame.”

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, Avengers: Endgame stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, and Josh Brolin.

Avengers: Endgame is now available on Digital HD, 4K Ultra HD, Blu-ray, and DVD. Stay tuned to Heroic Hollywood for the latest news on Mark Ruffalo, She-Hulk, Disney Plus, and the future of the Marvel Cinematic Universe as we learn it!
