The blue and white suits have finally made their television debut in the latest episode.

The latest episode of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD reveals the classic blue and white suits from the comics.

Although fans have seen the modern SHIELD outfits from the comics in the Marvel Cinematic Universe since Iron Man 2, the latest episode of Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD delivered the agency’s classic look. The MCU understandably updated the skin-tight blue suits with white straps and holsters to suit the semi-realistic tone of the franchise, but that hasn’t stopped the series from honoring Nick Fury’s classic comic book adventures from the ’60s and ’70s.

In the most recent episode, “A Trout in the Milk,” Phil Coulson and Melinda May donned the jumpsuits as part of their mission to stop Project Insight. They’re not as form-fitting as the outfits in the comics, but they do feature the white belts and holsters alongside the SHIELD logo on the shoulder. Clark Gregg’s Coulson jokes that the suits are “covert and stylish.” Take at the costumes in Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD below!

What do you think of the classic outfits? Are you enjoying the seventh season? Sound-off in the comments below!

Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD continues next week with the episode “Adapt or Die” on ABC. Here’s the official description for season seven:

Picking up where we left off with Season 6 — and the reveal of a new Phil Coulson Life Model Decoy — Coulson and the Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. are thrust backward in time and stranded in 1931 New York City. With the all-new Zephyr set to time-jump at any moment, the team must hurry to find out exactly what happened. If they fail, it would mean disaster for the past, present, and future of the world.

Agents of SHIELD stars Clark Gregg, Ming-Na Wen, Chloe Bennet, Iain De Caestecker, Elizabeth Henstridge, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley and Jeff Ward. The series was co-created by Joss Whedon, Jed Whedon & Maurissa Tancharoen, who also serve as executive producers along with Jeffrey Bell and Jeph Loeb. It is produced by ABC Studios and Marvel Television for ABC.
