With Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 now available to own on home media, Marvel Studios Visual Development Supervisor and Concept Artist Andy Park took the time to share an early piece of art from the sequel on Twitter.
This piece shows a tender moment from the climax of the film, as Yondu saves Peter Quill from the destruction of Ego, his father and the planet he is a part of. Quill and Yondu share a powerful scene together as the two realize they, in fact, were more like a father and a son to each other than their actual families.
