So Avengers 4, or as I like to call it, Avengers: Untitled, is coming out next May, and right now there’s been no teaser, no trailer, not even a teaser to the teaser that’s come from Marvel Studios or the House of Mouse. When will it drop? Well, it could be today, could be tomorrow, or any minute now. Heck, maybe we’ll get the trailer around the same time that the film comes out next year. Either way, fans are speculating, salivating, theorizing, and being trolled in just about every direction in regards to the follow-up to Infinity War.
So naturally, social media is pretty much a minefield, and Twitter especially. The Marvel India Twitter account, for example, joined in on the fun earlier today with a post that merely read “Here is the Avengers 4…character named Thor. #MarvelAnatomy” along with some facts about Thor on top of footage from Thor: Ragnarok. Not exactly the most creative tease, mind you, and far be it from Marvel Studios or Walt Disney Studios to release anything official about Avengers 4 on a Twitter account that isn’t theirs specifically.
Nonetheless, have a look at the Marvel India trolling fans in the tweet below:
The Russo Brothers, Walt Disney Studios, Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, all of the actors involved with Avengers: Infinity War, everyone’s playing coy in regards to any sort of official teaser or trailer or teaser trailer for Avengers 4. Chances are no doubt it will come before the end of the year? When? Well, Disney’s already releasing an onslaught of teaser trailers with Toy Story 4, Dumbo, The Lion King, and most recently, Artemis Fowl.
Given how Frozen 2 was teased in Ralph Breaks the Internet and Captain Marvel already had its trailer, that would logically just leave Avengers 4, right? Or maybe not. No one can really say when we’ll get any sort of update on the follow-up to Infinity War, but you can certainly bet there will be a ton of speculating and trolling as everyone waits on pins and needles to see anything related to the next big MCU team-up film.
When, if at all, do you think we’ll get some sort of official tease on Avengers 4? Let us know in the comments below. In the meantime, you can still enjoy Avengers: Infinity War, which is now available on home release.
Thanos’ Outriders Resemble Venom In New ‘Avengers: Infinity War’ Concept Art
New Avengers: Infinity War concept art reveals early designs for Thanos' Outriders and the horrifying creatures bear a striking resemblance to Venom.
During the battle of Wakanda, Thanos' underlings unleashed an army of the Outriders on Earth's Mightiest Heroes. Though the creatures were terrifying enough in the final version of the film, early concept art reveals that the Outriders initially resemble the Spider-Man villain turned anti-hero named Venom. According to Avengers: Infinity War concept artists, creating a design for Thanos' army that wouldn't be compared to Venom proved to be a challenge.
