Avengers: Infinity War directors Anthony and Joe Russo have revealed that Mark Ruffalo is not allowed to have complete Marvel scripts.
The Russo brothers were present at a special exhibit sponsored by the Smithsonian Associates, revealing to the audience that due to Ruffalo’s tendency to spoil Marvel flicks, he is not allowed to have the entire scripts to their films.
It appears that Ruffalo has not gotten off scot-free after his multiple blunders. Among these are accidentally streaming the Thor: Ragnarok premiere, and even accidentally blurting out the ending of Avengers: Infinity War months before the release of the film.
It is unclear if co-star Tom Holland, who also has a long history with accidentally spoiling films himself, is allowed to have full scripts for his Marvel movies.
Do you think keeping the full scripts away from Ruffalo is a good means of preventing spoilers from leaking to the public before the films hit theaters? Sound off in the comments below, and be sure to continue following Heroic Hollywood for all the latest news in the MCU.
