If you’ve been waiting for the first season of Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil on Blu-Ray, then we’ve got some pretty good news for you. According to Zavvi.com, the first season of the critically-acclaimed series will finally arrive on Blu-Ray on October 3rd. That’s pretty much all that we know so far, but I’m guessing that there will be plenty of special features attached to the upcoming home release, which will be revealed later this year.
There’s currently a regular edition of the Blu-Ray available for pre-order on the site, as well as a special steelbook. You can check out their covers below, but keep in mind that both are subject to change. What do you guys think?
“Marvel’s Daredevil” is a live action series that follows the journey of attorney Matt Murdock, who in a tragic accident was blinded as a boy but imbued with extraordinary senses. Murdock sets up practice in his old neighborhood of Hell’s Kitchen, New York where he now fights against injustice as a respected lawyer by day and masked vigilante at night.
Marvel and Netflix’s Daredevil stars Charlie Cox, Deborah Ann Woll, Elden Henson, Vincent D’Onofrio, Jon Bernthal, Élodie Yung, Rosario Dawson, Scott Glenn, Matt Gerald, Geoffrey Cantor and Royce Johnson. A third season hasn’t been announced yet, but it’s highly unlikely that the series won’t be renewed, so we’ll keeep you updated.
