Following its debut at San Diego Comic-Con, Marvel and Netflix have officially released the first teaser for The Defenders, which will see Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist teaming up for the very first time on the small screen.

As Daredevil star Charlie Cox recently revealed, The Defenders doesn’t actually start filming until the end of the year, so there’s no footage from the series in the teaser, but we do get to see some pretty cool visuals. The teaser, which features Nirvana’s Come As You Are, also confirms that all episodes of the highly anticipated series will drop at once on the streaming service sometime in 2017, but it’s probably going to be a while until we get an official release date.

You can watch the teaser trailer below.

During the panel, Marvel chief creative officer Joe Quesada also confirmed that Daredevil has been renewed for a third season. Additionally, those in attendance got to see the first official teaser trailer for Iron Fist, which will also arrive on Netflix in 2017, likely a few months before The Defenders. The first Luke Cage trailer has also been released online and you can check it out by clicking here. What do you guys think?

Wow, I’m so excited for this

I like how they use a letter from each of their title logos to make the word.

It’s just too bad they couldn’t find a way to add Frank Castle to the team (or maybe they will later on).
