Marvel Studios officially announced a She-Hulk series for Disney Plus at the D23 Expo.

Today at D23, Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige officially announced that a series focusing on She-Hulk is in development at Disney Plus. No additional details, such as casting, were given during the presentation.

Jennifer Walters, a.k.a. She-Hulk, is a classic Marvel heroine from Hulk lore who happens to be Bruce Banner’s cousin. She remains in She-Hulk form, but is smart as a whip. As described by Marvel, “Jennifer Walters was transformed into a Gamma-powered Super Hero thanks to her cousin Bruce Banner, and backs up her sensational strength with her savage wit and confidence.” She-Hulk is a force to be reckoned with and is the perfect character to add to the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

What do you think of She-Hulk getting her own series on Disney Plus? Are you excited to see her in live-action? Sound off in the comments section below!

WandaVision is reportedly aiming to begin production in late September and will star Elizabeth Olsen alongside Paul Bettany. The Disney+ series is said to focus on Scarlet Witch after the events of Avengers: Endgame and will lead into the feature Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness.

Loki is reportedly planning to start filming in early 2020 with Tom Hiddleston reprising his role as the God of Mischief. However, the Disney+ series will follow the version of Loki who used the Space Stone to escape capture when our heroes traveled back in time and altered events in Avengers: Endgame.

Additional Marvel Studios series’ being developed for Disney include The Falcon and the Winter Soldier, Hawkeye, and an animated What If? show.
