Marvel Reveals First Look At ‘Thunderbolts’ Movie, Confirms Cast

The Marvel Cinematic Universe is introducing the Thunderbolts!

Marvel is pulling back the curtain on its upcoming Thunderbolts movie.

This morning, Marvel’s Kevin Feige officially revealed the cast of the recently-announced Thunderbolts movie from director Jake Schreier. The cast, which made a surprise appearance at Disney’s D23 Expo alongside Schreier, includes Julia Louis-Dreyfuss as Valentina Allegra de Fontaine, David Harbour as Red Guardian, Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Hannah John-Kamen as the Ghost, Florence Pugh as Yelena Belova, Olga Kurylenko as Taskmaster and Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes.

The first piece of concept art from the Thunderbolts movie was also revealed at Disney’s D23 Expo, showing off the titular team. The artwork can be seen below.

The Thunderbolts movie was announced during Marvel’s San Diego Comic-Con presentation this past July. Schreier is directing the project from a script by Black Widow scribe Eric Pearson. Details regarding its plot are being kept under lock and key, but we know that production is set to begin early next year.
