‘Marvel’s Ant-Man’ Animated Cartoon Shorts Coming To Disney XD

Back at the end of March, Disney XD released Rocket and Groot animated shorts via their app. Now, Disney XD is back at it again with Marvel’s Ant-Man animated shorts. The six two-minute shorts are set to premiere June 10 and 11 on the TV channel.

Ant-Man, voiced by Josh Keaton, will be seen fighting alongside both the Wasp and Hank Pym while taking the occasional break to help his daughter Cassie out with homework. You can check out some preview images of the shorts at EW.

Marvel’s Ant-Man was animated by Passion Pictures. The six two-minute shorts in the series are directed by Ugo Bienvenu and Kevin Manach, written by Brian Wysol, executive-produced by Alan Fine, Dan Buckley, Joe Quesada, Cort Lane, Stephen Wacker, and Stan Lee, with Cara Speller and Marc Bodin-Joyeux also serving as producers.

The first shorts (“Science Fair,” “Alien Invasion,” and “Soup Time”) will air on Disney XD Saturday, June 10 at 7:58 a.m. ET, with the next two (“Alien Invasion” and “Soup Time”) following at 11:58 a.m. and 2:58 p.m. The next three (“Exterminator,” “Proton Cube,” and “Not a Date”) will air Sunday, June 11 at 11:28 a.m., 5:28 p.m., and 8:58 p.m., respectively.
