Production on Mission: Impossible 6 has been underway since April and now director Christopher McQuarrie has shared a new photo featuring lead star Tom Cruise alongside Ving Rhames, who will be reprising his role as Luther Stickell.
McQuarrie appears to have shared the image in response to a fan request following his post featuring Henry Cavill in an undisclosed role.

Principal photography began in Paris and has since moved to New Zealand. Production will also move to London and India before filming is completed in July. The film is being shot with IMAX 3D cameras.

McQuarrie will also serve as a producer on the film along with Cruise, Don Granger and J. J. Abrams. David Ellison and Dana Goldberg of Skydance Productions will produce the film as well.
