Although the live-action remake is still a few months away, Beauty and the Beast fans can get an early glimpse of the film via a new edition of Tale as Old as Time: The Art and Making of Disney Beauty and the Beast—Inside Stories from the Animated Classic to the New Live-Action Film. Hitting bookstores on January 31, 2017, D23 members have been given an advanced look at the book’s cover and some of the book’s pages (see below).
Although neither the cover or the pages seem to be specific to the new film, they do give a look at how comprehensive the volume will be when it releases in just under a week. So, at the very least, Beauty and the Beast superfans will have something tantalizing to hold them over until the film’s release. In addition, a new trailer for the film may be just around the bend.
