New images of the upcoming Sonic the Hedgehog film have surfaced online, giving us our first look at the iconic hedgehog and it is something to behold.
The images in question appear to be a series of posters for the upcoming film. They show the character running and holding rings, smiling and looking towards the viewer. The new design appears to be some kind of photorealistic version but it is a bit hard to tell.

From the look of things, the designers probably should have rethought the design.

The film will speed its way into theaters on November 8, 2019.
