A brand new trailer for Rocksteady Studios’ new game, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League has made its debut during the DC FanDome event.

Originally announced during last year’s DC FanDome event, little has been revealed about the upcoming game, Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. The first trailer didn’t tell us a whole lot beyond the fact that Task Force X would be taking on the Justice League, with what appeared to be a version of Superman controlled by Brainiac appearing at the end. Later on, it was confirmed that the game would be taking place in the same universe as Rocksteady Studios’ Batman Arkham games.

Since the initial announcement, very little has been revealed about Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League. An image featuring LexCorp was revealed yesterday but didn’t tell us what Task Force X was doing in the building. Now, a year later, a new trailer for the upcoming video game has been revealed, showing off the team’s dynamic, battling members of the Justice League, and more

Here is the synopsis for Rocksteady Studios’ last game, Batman: Arkham Knight:

In the explosive finale to the Arkham series, Batman faces the ultimate threat against the city he is sworn to protect. The Scarecrow returns to unite an impressive roster of super villains, including Penguin, Two-Face and Harley Quinn, to destroy The Dark Knight forever. Batman: Arkham Knight introduces Rocksteady’s uniquely designed version of the Batmobile, which is drivable for the first time in the franchise. The addition of this legendary vehicle, combined with the acclaimed gameplay of the Batman Arkham series, offers gamers the ultimate and complete Batman experience as they tear through the streets and soar across the skyline of the entirety of Gotham City.

Batman: Arkham Knight is available on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and PC, while Suicide Squad: Kill The Justice League is currently scheduled to arrive in 2022.
