A new still from Wonder Woman 1984 reveals a fresh look at Gal Gadot running to battle as Diana Prince in 1980s Washington D.C.

Fans have seen plenty of stills from Gal Gadot’s Wonder Woman 1984 over the last few months after several magazine covers and features previewing the upcoming film from director Patty Jenkins. But a brand new shot offers a look at the Diana Prince running headfirst into battle. Most recently, Heroic Hollywood exclusively learnt that the Amazon’s war with Aquaman and Atlantis won’t be a part of The Flash movie, which will surprise fans of the Flashpoint comic storyline.

The new Wonder Woman 1984 still looks like it’s taken from the sequence in Washington D.C. – and it offers a stunning look at how bright the costume is for the sequel starring Gal Gadot. The first time we saw the costume in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice muted the color of her armor significantly, so it’s great to see Patty Jenkins really leaning into the vibrant nature of Diana’s suit. Take a look at the new shot from the film below.

Wonder Woman was last seen in Zack Snyder’s DC superhero team-up movie Justice League.

Directed by Patty Jenkins from a script she co-wrote with David Callaham and a treatment she developed with Geoff Johns, the film stars Gal Gadot, Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, Pedro Pascal, Natasha Rothwell, Ravi Patel, Gabriella Wilde, Connie Nielson, and Robin Wright.
