Will Stranger Things

In a slew of social media crossfire, Stranger Things star Noah Schnapp has bizarrely found himself being called out by Doja Cat after sharing DMs from the singer regarding Joseph Quinn.

Noah Schnapp has been a Stranger Things regular since Season 1, appearing as Will Byers in the Netflix series. Joseph Quinn joined the show in its most recent season as metalhead and D&D Dungeon Master, Eddie Munson.

Doja Cat, the singer of “Woman,” had asked Noah Schnapp to put her in touch with Joseph Quinn in a series of direct messages, which the actor then shared in a TikTok, sparking a fiery response from the singer.

In a since-deleted TikTok Live, Doja Cat addressed Noah Schnapp’s post, in which he shared their DM exchange, calling out the Stranger Things star’s actions as “unbelievably socially unaware.” She also described his post as “wack.”

Attempting to cut Noah Schnapp some slack, on account of the 17-year-old actor’s young age, Doja Cat launched into an expletive-laden speech on how easy it is to make mistakes when you’re young, but she didn’t sound too forgiving of Schnapp’s actions.

After clarifying “this is like a kid, I don’t know how old he is but he’s not even over like 21,” Doja Cat said in the TikTok Live:

“When you’re that young you make mistakes, you do dumb s***, you say dumb s***, you f*** up relationships with people, you make mistakes like you’re supposed to so you know not to do it in the future. I did my share of f***-ups so I don’t f*** up again.

“But the fact that Noah did that is so unbelievably socially unaware and wack. That’s like borderline snake s***… that’s like weasel s***.

“I’m not saying that encapsulates his entire personality. Noah is not like the definition, like I wouldn’t imagine he is. Maybe he is?”

The bizarre TikTok rant came after Noah Schnapp revealed messages from Doja Cat such as “Noah can u tell Joseph [Quinn] to [hit me up]. wait no. does he have a gf?” Schnapp then provided the singer with a link to Joseph Quinn’s Instagram account.
