The first footage from Marvel Studios’ WandaVision revealed a comic-accurate outfit for Paul Bettany’s Vision.
On Sunday, Marvel Studios released a Super Bowl spot revealing the first official footage from its upcoming slate of Disney Plus shows, including Elizabeth Olsen and Paul Bettany’s WandaVision. Now, Eisner Award-winning comic book writer Tom King has taken to his official Instagram account to point out how WanadaVision has taken visual cues from his The Vision series.
As King noted, Paul Bettany’s Vision can be seen wearing jeans and a plaid t-shirt that are identical to the outfit the character wore in King’s The Vision comic book series. For those unaware, The Vision centered on the titular character after he builds a family of his own as part of his efforts to be more human.
Check out Tom King’s post below to compare Paul Bettany in Vision’s civilian clothing to the comic book character’s outfit.
