Last month’s Power Rangers feature film reboot introduced fans to a whole new incarnation of the popular superhero team. Now, Bandai America has unveiled two new releases for their Power Rangers Movie Legacy set for fans to collect.

The Power Rangers Movie Legacy Power Coin set includes five power coins featuring the new Dinozords. The box included also features lighting capabilities for display purposes.

The Power Rangers Movie Legacy Power Red Ranger Helmet includes a full sized wearable helmet and stand for display.

Both sets cost $114 and are currently available to pre-order.

Power Rangers Movie Legacy Power Coins

From Bandai. The Power Rangers are back in the Power Rangers Movie and so are their Power Coins! With the revival of the Power Rangers franchise and the release of the feature film comes a new set of the iconic coins of power that started it all. Every coin is a faithful reproduction of its film counterpart, each highlighting a different zord; Pterodactyl, Triceratops, Mastodon, Saber-tooth Tiger, and T-Rex. The set comes complete with its own sleek display case featuring lights to illuminate the coins as the Morphin Gird pulses through them.

Cosplay as the Red Ranger from the Saban’s Power Ranger Movie in a full-scale wearable Power Ranger helmet designed for long-lasting comfortable cosplay wear, this 1:1 ratio helmet can also be placed on display as a highly detailed replica.

Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary teens who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discoverer they are the only ones who save the planet. But to do so, they will have to overcome their real-life issues and before it’s too late, band together as the Power Rangers. 

Directed by Dean Israelite, the film stars Dacre Montgomery, Naomi Scott, RJ Cyler, Becky G, Ludi Lin, Bryan Cranston, Elizabeth Banks and Bill Hader.

Power Rangers is now playing in theaters.

If the Smurfs or Transformers movies have taught us anything, old Saturday morning cartoons are the new grade-A meat for the movie studios. Cartoons can be turned into animated movies, just look at the success of the Spongebob Squarepants movies, but they can also make successful live-action adaptations. Well, with Power Rangers coming out soon, an idea so silly it might as well have been a Saturday morning cartoon it’s time for studio execs to take a look at some of these hidden classics. There’s clearly a lot of money to be made adapting beloved children franchises.

I want to point out a key word to all of you guys in case you get mad at my list.
