‘Power Rangers’: New TV Spots Offer Best Look At Zords In Action Yet

Lionsgate has released two brand new TV spots for the upcoming reboot of the hit Fox Kids series, Power Rangers.

“Let’s Play” doesn’t offer much in terms of new footage, however, “Must-See” gives us the best look yet at the teenagers with attitude in action with their Dinozords against the galactic invader hell bent on world domination, Rita Repulsa (Elizabeth Banks) and the giant-sized Goldar.

The film stars Dacre Montgomery as Jason Lee Scott (Red Ranger), RJ Cyler as Billy Cranston (Blue Ranger), Naomi Scott as Kimberly Hart (Pink Ranger), Becky G as Trini Kwan (Yellow Ranger), Ludi Lin as Zack Taylor (Black Ranger), Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa, Bill Hader as Alpha 5, and Bryan Cranston as Zordon. Here’s the official synopsis:

Saban’s Power Rangers follows five ordinary high school kids who must become something extraordinary when they learn that their small town of Angel Grove – and the world – is on the verge of being obliterated by an alien threat. Chosen by destiny, our heroes quickly discover that they are the only ones who can save the planet. But to do so they will have to overcome their real-life issues and band together as the Power Rangers before it is too late.

Power Rangers hits theaters this Friday, March 24.
