Ray Stevenson Confirms Episode Count For Ahsoka Tano Series

The Mandalorian fans should be happy with the number!

Ray Stevenson Ahsoka Tano Baylon Skoll Star Wars Disney Plus

During Star Wars Celebration, Ray Stevenson dropped a major reveal about the upcoming Ahsoka Tano series. Stevenson, who portrays Baylon Skoll in Ahsoka, confirmed that the series will consist of eight episodes during an interview with Collider. When asked about his favorite episode, Stevenson humorously replied that it was “one to eight” because he couldn’t choose just one.

Fans have been anticipating the release of the Ahsoka Tano series, which follows the adventures of the beloved character, played by Rosario Dawson, after the events of The Mandalorian and The Book of Boba Fett. During the event, Star Was fans were treated to exclusive footage from Ahsoka, including a glimpse of Baylon Skoll and his apprentice Shin Hati, played by Ivanna Sakhno.

The Ahsoka footage showed both Baylon and Shin wielding orange and red lightsabers and exhibiting powerful Force abilities. In one scene, Baylon can be seen engaging in a fierce lightsaber duel with Ahsoka.

Ahsoka is a spin-off from the popular Star Wars: The Clone Wars animated series, which followed the adventures of Jedi Knight Anakin Skywalker and his apprentice Ahsoka Tano during the Clone Wars. Ahsoka quickly became a fan-favorite and the character has since been featured in other Star Wars projects, including the animated series Star Wars Rebels and the live-action Disney Plus shows.

The Ahsoka Tano series is being developed by Jon Favreau and Dave Filoni. The latter co-created Ahsoka alongside George Lucas, with the heroine making her first apppearance in the animated series Star Wars: The Clone Wars.

The cast of the Ahsoka Tano series includes Natasha Liu Bordizzo as Sabine Wren, Eman Esfandi as Ezra Bridger and Hayden Christensen as Anakin Skywalker, a.k.a. Darth Vader. Ivanna Sakhno and Ray Stevenson round out the cast.
