Deadpool’s sequel won’t be out until next month but that didn’t stop the Merc with a Mouth from trying to get in on Marvel mega mashup Avengers: Infinity War.
Deadpool constantly pokes fun at the Marvel Cinematic Universe. He drops hints and makes jokes about the fact that actor Josh Brolin plays both Cable in his film and Thanos in Infinity War. The constant remarks and nods toward the MCU are almost as if Wade Wilson really wants to join the Avengers. Apparently, he sent Tony Stark an email asking if he could join the famed Marvel team. Ryan Reynolds went to Twitter to show the response Deadpool got from Iron Man.

Tony Stark doesn’t even mince words here. The Stark Enterprises CEO gets right to the point of rejection and tells Wilson to go bother Professor X instead. This whole post ends up being a message from Ryan Reynolds congratulating Marvel on how they have come. The MCU has been ten years in the making and it culminates with Avengers: Infinty War in theaters now. Fans won’t see Wade Wilson suit up with the Avengers anytime soon, but will defintely see him next month suiting up with the X-Force in Deadpool 2.
