Mark XVI is a standout when it comes to armor Robert Downey Jr.’s Tony Stark has worn in the Marvel Cinematic Universe due to the the suit having gold as a primary color instead of the traditional red. Marvel Studios Director of Visual Development Andy Park recently shared an unused design for the Mark XVI on Instagram that would have seen Iron Man in all-black instead of the gold.
