The Rock released another new Hobbs & Shaw along with the official trailer date.
Filming for the upcoming Fast & Furious spin-off is still underway; The Rock has been sharing Hobbs & Shaw stills throughout principal photography. The Rock’s latest Instagram post features Luke Hobbs leading the charge shirtless and with weapons. The Rock also revealed in the post’s comments the first trailer will be released during Super Bowl LIII this weekend.

Hobbs & Shaw is being directed by David Leitch (Deadpool 2) from a script written by franchise veteran Chris Morgan. Original Film’s Neal H. Moritz and Seven Bucks Productions’ Hiram Garcia are producing the film. Here’s the official synopsis:
“A spinoff of The Fate of the Furious, focusing on Johnson’s US Diplomatic Security Agent Luke Hobbs forming an unlikely alliance with Statham’s Deckard Shaw.”
The film stars Dwayne Johnson, Jason Statham, Vanessa Kirby, Eddie Marsan, Eiza Gonzalez, and Idris Elba.
