Ruby Rose’s Batwoman seems to be getting review-bombed on rotten tomatoes.
Ruby Rose’s Batwoman kicked off the Arrowverse’s 2019 fall television season with its premiere episode on Sunday night. The series premiere received generally positive reviews and currently holds a 72% score on Rotten Tomatoes based on 39 reviews, with 28 critics labeling Ruby Rose’s Batwoman as fresh while 11 selected the “rotten” option.
However, the Audience Score for Ruby Rose’s Batwoman currently stands at 8% based on 2424 reviews, many of which gave the series a one-star rating. While many of those negative reviews may be legitimate, the high number of audience reactions to Ruby Rose’s Batwoman in such a short amount of time suggests the series is being review-bombed on Rotten Tomatoes. For comparison’s sake, The Flash has a total of 801 audience reviews for the entirely of the fifth season.
Ruby Rose’s Batwoman continues next week with the episode titled “The Rabbit Hole” and you can read The CW’s official synopsis below:
