Scott Eastwood replaces Hugh Jackman as the powerful and fearsome X-Men mutant Wolverine for the Marvel Cinematic Universe in this amazing new image.
With the end of the X-Men saga at Fox and a new humble but promising start for the mutant team finally a possibility at Marvel Studios, the mind boggles at who might play Wolverine next. Hugh Jackman played the part of the fearsome Logan for more than fifteen years with one iconic performance after another. Nevertheless, with Hugh Jackman’s time over, Disney will re-cast the character, hopefully in order to use him as part of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The X-Men are one of Marvel’s most popular teams. The studo will no doubt think hard on who will replace Hugh Jackman as the clawed mutant hero.
Several actors like Daniel Radcliffe and even new Bruce Wayne, Robert Pattinson, have been proposed by fans for the role. However, Scott Eastwood keeps popping up as a favorite. Scott Eastwood certainly inherited the gritty yet handsome look of his father Clint Eastwood, which makes him perfect to take on the role of Logan. This fan art, which mirrors 2017’s Logan, shows us how Scott Eastwood might look like as the powerful mutant:

Phase three of the MCU will close with Spider-Man: Far From Home, which will make way for phase four. Disney announced that phase four will feature eight films between 2020 and 2022. Disney and Marvel Studios acquired characters like the X-Men, the Fantastic Four and Deadpool from Fox recently, but it’s not likely that they’ll pop up anytime soon. It will be some time until we see Scott Eastwood or another actor replace Hugh Jackman as Wolverine for the MCU, but it’s safe to say that fans will be ready for Logan when he comes back.
