Everything we know about Scream VI

Scream directors Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett return to direct VI, working from a script by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick. Franchise creator Kevin Williamson is executive producing the movie. William Sherak and Paul Neinstein are also on board as producers.

Courteney Cox, Melissa Barrera, Jenna Ortega, Mason Gooding, Hayden Panettiere and Jasmin Savoy Brown are reprising their Scream roles for VI. Dermot Mulroney, Henry Czerny, Samara Weaving and Tony Revolori are among the franchise newcomers.

Scream VI is the first entry in the series not to feature horror icon Neve Campbell as Sidney Prescott. Campbell dropped out of the film after being presented with an offer that did not satisfy her. “I did not feel that what I was being offered equated to the value that I bring to this franchise, and have brought to this franchise, for 25 years,” Campbell told People.

Scream VI is currently slated to hit theaters on March 10, 2023. Stay tuned for the latest news regarding the future of the series and make sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel for more content!
