The Duffer Brothers’ Stranger Things is one of the best programs to come out of Netflix’s catalogue. With that said, a second season has been green-lit and is in early stages of production. New casting for the show’s sophomore season includes Power Rangers star Dacre Montgomery, who will play a new member of Hawkins’ small cast. In a new viral video tying in with Halloween, fan favourite character Barbara, is apparently still missing. In the cool promo clip, Minute By Minute host, Brenda Wood, tackles the story head on, whilst also bringing up the destruction of a local Big Buy supermarket by Eleven.
Of course, in the show, Barbara reluctantly joined her friend Nancy at a house party, only to end up trapped and devoured by the Demogorgon in the “Upside Down,” a weird, creepy version of Earth. Think the United States of America if Trump got into office.

Are you guys excited for Stranger Things season 2? Personally, I cannot wait. The first season blew me away, and it can only get better and cooler from here, right?
A love letter to the supernatural classics of the 80’s, Stranger Things is the story of a young boy who vanishes into thin air. As friends, family and local police search for answers, they are drawn into an extraordinary mystery involving top-secret government experiments, terrifying supernatural forces and one very strange little girl.
Stranger Things season 2 is set to premiere on Netflix sometime in 2017.
