Sebastian Stan’s Winter Soldier has become a fan-favorite in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Speaking at Ace Comic Con, Stan may have accidentally revealed some spoilers for the plot of Avengers 4.

Stan was speaking about working on next year’s Avengers sequel when he said this:

“There was one scene, I think, we had where everybody was there. I can’t really talk about that scene, but I knew it took them three months in planning this scene to have everyone there…You look around and you just saw everyone from Samuel L. Jackson to Michael Douglas to Michelle Pfeiffer. Everybody was there.”

Given that The Winter Soldier died at the end of Infinity War alongside numerous other Avengers, this seems to imply that the characters will all be resurrected for the sequel. It’s not too surprising, considering some of the heroes who died at the hands of Thanos have sequels in development. Still, this could all be for a dream sequence or flash-back of some sort.

What do you think? Will all those dead Avengers be coming back to life next year? Let us know down in the comments!

Here is the synopsis for Avengers: Infinity War:

As the Avengers and their allies have continued to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle, a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment – the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.

Directed by Anthony and Joe Russo, the film stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Benedict Cumberbatch, Don Cheadle, Tom Holland, Chadwick Boseman, Paul Bettany, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Sebastian Stan, Tom Hiddleston, Idris Elba, Peter Dinklage, Benedict Wong, Pom Klementieff, Karen Gillan, Dave Bautista, Zoe Saldana, Vin Diesel, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow, Benicio del Toro, Josh Brolin, Chris Pratt, Danai Gurira, Letitia Wright, Cobie Smulders, Jeremy Renner and Paul Rudd.
