It is no secret that Avengers: Infinity War has mare MCU characters in it than any other previous film. There was a lot of speculation about who could make the roster for the mega Marvel mashup and on the character was a pleasant surprise for fans.

When the Mad Titan goes to retrieve the Soul Stone he is greeted by none other than the Red Skull. Last time we saw this red-faced bad guy was in the first Captain America film. Apparently, the crazed Nazi villain was transported to the Soul Stones place of residence via the Tesseract and forced to beome its eternal spirit guardian. Fans now have a closer look at the iconic comic book villain from his time in Avengers: Infinity War. You can check out the post below:

Fans at first most likely assumed it was Hugo Weaving reprising the role but this was not the case. The Walking Dead’s Ross Marquand, who is notoriously known for having next level impersonation skills, voiced the CGI ghost-like version of the character. Marquand’s skills helped bring a fan favorite back to the MCU and brought on a lot of speculation on the future of the character within the MCU. Whether or not we see the Red Skull again, his appearance in Infinity War was a solid move by the film’s creators and a welcomed return for the guy who was the first to introduce the Infinity Stones into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
