The cast of The Boys continues to grow ahead of its fourth season on Amazon Prime Video.
Simon Pegg is officially coming back to The Boys for its fourth season, reprising his role as Hugh Campbell, the father of Jack Quaid’s Hughie. Pegg played the character in four episodes of season one and the season three premiere.
Amazon reveals three new additions to The Boys
In addition to Simon Pegg’s The Boys return, Amazon has also announced that the series has added Rosemarie Dewitt, Rob Benedict and Elliot Knight. Dewitt is playing Hughie’s mother, but the identities of Benedict and Knight’s The Boys characters are being kept under wraps.
The third season of The Boys introduced Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy, Homelander’s equally dangerous biological father, and saw Karl Urban’s Billy Butcher and Jack Quaid’s Hughie starting to use Temp-V, a variant of Compound V that grants the user temporary superpowers.
Developed by Eric Kripke, The Boys stars Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, Erin Moriarty, Dominique McElligott, Jessie T. Usher, Laz Alonso, Chace Crawford, Tomer Capon, Karen Fukuhara, Nathan Mitchell, Colby Minifie, Jensen Ackles and Paul Reiser.
