Smallville’s Allison Mack Reportedly Not Testifying Against NXIVM Sex Cult Leader

Smallville alum Allison Mack will not testify in court against NXIVM sex cult leader Keith Raniere, according to a recent report.

Even though the case against NXIVM leader Keith Raniere has been winding to the moment that Smallville star Allison Mack was going to testify against him, it seems that it won’t be happening now. Even though Allison Mack is considered one of the leader’s most trusted people in the ‘DOS’ sex cult, the prosecution didn’t list her as a witness to cross-examine at the stand against Raniere. It seems that the prosecution has enough witnesses to wrap up questioning this week.

One of the most bizarre cases in recent US legal history, the NXIVM members and Allison Mack are accused of allegedly forming and leading a sex cult ring. Allison Mack has already pleaded guilty to one count of racketeering conspiracy and one count of racketeering (including extortion and forced labor) for her alleged time with NXIVM.

Allison Mack is currently under house arrest in her parents’ home in Los Alamitos, California. Allison Mack also pleaded guilty to charges that she manipulated women into becoming sex slaves for NXIVM spiritual leader Keith Raniere. Her sentencing is set for September 11th.

Allison Mack is best known for her portrayal as Chloe Sullivan, one of young Clark Kent’s closest friends, in The CW’s Smallville some years ago.
