Smallville stars Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling reunite in a brand new video.
On their way to Wizard World, Smallville stars Michael Rosenbaum and Tom Welling shared an adorable video of both of them meeting once again. In Smallville, Micheal Rosenbaum plays Lex Luthor and Tom Welling plays Clark Kent, so naturally they were enemies. However, in real life, the Smallville stars seem to be best buds. In the video posted by Michael Rosenbaum, he’s in an airplane waiting to take off. He begins to record himself and slowly ascends the camera to reveal the unsuspecting passenger behind him: Tom Welling.

Tom Welling clearly wasn’t expecting to be cameoing in Michael Rosenbaum’s promotional video but it’s hilarious nonetheless. Since Smallville ended in the early 2011, both Tom Welling and Michael Rosenbaum have been keeping busy. Tom Welling will be next seen reprising his role as Clark Kent in the upcoming Arrowverse crossover Crisis on Infinite Earths while Michael Rosenbaum was last seen in Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2. It would have been awesome to have a mini Smallville reunion in the Arrowverse with Michael Rosenbaum joining Tom Welling, but it just didn’t seem to work out.
Crisis On Infinite Earths will span two quarters and consist of Arrow, The Flash, Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, and Batwoman. The Arrowverse crossover will launch with three episodes in December before concluding with two additional episodes in January.
