‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ Set Pics Show Web-Shooters

Spider-Man: Homecoming‘ is knee-deep in filming in Atlanta right now, and with that comes the influx of set photos. We’ve already gotten some great shots from the set of the latest Marvel production, but Twitter user Atlanta Filming has provided some brand-new pics. If Spidey’s classic web-shooters are of particular interest for you, then these pics should make you very happy, because we get an up-close and personal look at them.

As we learned from ‘Captain America: Civil War‘, the MCU’s Peter Parker did indeed build his own web-shooters (which I’m sure most if not all Spidey fans were pleased about). But with genius-billionaire Tony Stark on his side, there’s no limit to the upgrades those things could’ve gotten. Appearance-wise, there doesn’t seem to be much of a difference between these web-shooters and the ones we got in ‘Civil War‘, but I’m excited to see these things in action again. I’m especially curious to see the full extent of Stark’s “tech support” on Spidey’s gear and what powers this kid from Queens is now capable of.

Following the events of ‘Captain America: Civil War’, Peter Parker tries to balance his life as an ordinary high school student in Queens with fighting crime as his superhero alter ego Spider-Man.

Spider-Man: Homecoming‘ stars Tom Holland, Michael Keaton, Zendaya, Donald Glover, Tony Revolori, Jacob Batalon, Tyne Daily, Angourie Rice, Logan-Marshall Green, Hannibal Buress, Martin Starr, Abraham Attah, Kenneth Coi, and Robert Downey Jr. It’s directed by Jon Watts and it will be released on July 7, 2017.
