Today, the Recording Academy unveiled the full list of nominees for the 2020 Grammy Awards and Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has earned 3 nominations. Released in December 2018, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse received widespread acclaim for multiple reasons, including the score and soundtrack.

Now, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse has earned Grammy Award nominations in the “Best Compilation Soundtrack For Visual Media.” Fans can find out if Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will beat fellow nominees The Lion King, A Star is Born, Rocketman, and Once Upon a Time in Hollywood when the 62nd Grammy Awards air on January 26 on CBS.
