Oscars Marvel Sony Golden Globe Spider-Man: Into The Spider-Verse Post Malone

During an interview with USA Today, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse co-director Bob Persichetti discussed how Peter Parker and Miles Morales inspire each other in the Sony film.

Sony’s Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse will find Peter Parker inexplicably transported to an alternate universe that Miles Morales calls home. Co-director co-director Bob Persichetti explained that when Parker accepts Miles’ help getting back home, the two find themselves inspiring each other:

“Peter buoys Miles and absolutely vice versa. Miles’ discovery of his powers and his enthusiasm for being sort of a selfless hero, all of that stuff helps re-inspire Peter to become a better version of what his best self once was as Spider-Man.”
