Stan Lee posted a message on his official Twitter account in which the Marvel legend called on his fans to protect and defend him from now on.
Over the past weekend, Stan Lee used his official Twitter account for the first time to clarify that all previous posts on his social media accounts were not made by him. The statement came amid recent reports that Lee – whose health has been called into question many times this year – has been the victim of elder abuse and manipulative caretakers. Now, the Marvel Comics icon has expressed how grateful he is to have control of his Twitter account back and used the platform to call on fans to protect him, calling them his “true superheroes.” You can read Stan Lee’s full post below!
From now on, I will depend on you, my dear fans, to protect and defend me. I love you guys and am so happy I have control of my twitter account back. You guys are my true superheros.
