Clarke herself recently spoke with the Los Angeles Daily News to promote her new indie film Voice From the Stone which opens in limited release this Friday when she revealed that she is even more afraid to discuss the Han Solo project even more than the HBO hit series Game of Thrones, another highly secretive production:

“I genuinely can’t tell you anything other than Alden is magnificent, and it’s a delight to do something on that level with really cool actors and nice people. But it’s even scarier talking about that than Game of Thrones. ”

The Untitled Han Solo Star Wars Story has been written by Lawrence Kasdan and son Jon Kasdan. The film is being directed by The Lego Movie directors Phil Lord and Chris Miller and is currently slated for release on May 25, 2018. The film has been described as a western with a color palette influenced by the paintings of Frederic Remington.

The film also stars Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Michael K. Williams, Ian Kenny and Woody Harrelson as Beckett, the young Solo’s mentor.
