‘Star Wars’: New Details On Kelly Marie Tran’s Role In ‘The Last Jedi’

New details on Kelly Marie Tran's character, Rose Tico, and her role in the story for 'Star Wars: The Last Jedi' have been revealed.

Star Wars Last Jedi Kelly Marie Tran Vanity Fair’s cover story for Star Wars: The Last Jedi has revealed more details on Kelly Marie Tran’s character and what role she will play in the next chapter of the Skywalker saga.

Episode VIII will reunite audiences with fan favorite characters including Rey, Finn, and Poe while introducing a number of new faces to the epic space saga but among the newcomers will be Tran as Rose Tico, who was revealed to be a maintenance worker in the Resistance during a panel last month at Star Wars Celebration Orlando.

New details have now emerged revealing that Tran will have the largest role of the new characters and that Rose join Finn on a mission behind enemies lines taking them to places including a new luxurious casino city called Canto Bight.

The cover story also revealed that Rose Tico has a sister named Paige who will share a scene with Poe Dameron.
