A new piece of concept art shows off a pair of comic-accurate costumes intended for Stephen Amell’s final appearances on Arrow.
While Stephen Amell’s Arrow has always updated Oliver Queen’s suit in some way with each passing season, a new piece of concept art shows off a comic-accurate look for the heroic archer, intended to be his final suit before the end of Arrow. The suits for Stephen Amell’s Arrow seems to draw inspiration from the New 52 comics and Green Arrow’s Rebirth look.
Artist Andy Poon revealed the two looks for Stephen Amell’s Arrow on Instagram, explaining that he pitched the designs to the costume designer on the show, Maya Mani. The designs were intended to be the final costumes for Stephen Amell’s Oliver Queen. Unfortunately the artist revealed that he moved on to Batwoman so he didn’t get to push his ideas for the suit any further. Take a look at the concept art for Stephen Amell’s Arrow below.
