Suicide Squad The Joker banner

The latest character promo for David Ayer’s Suicide Squad gives the spotlight to Jared Leto’s Joker and features a ton of never-before-seen footage of the Clown Prince of Crime in action. The final trailer for the highly anticipated movie has to be released despite the fact that movie is only a few weeks away, but these promos definitely help ease the wait, plus we still have the Warner Bros. Comic-Con panel on Saturday at 11:30 am, so make sure to keep checking back for more Suicide Squad updates.

You can watch the new character promo below.

It feels good to be bad…Assemble a team of the world’s most dangerous, incarcerated Super Villains, provide them with the most powerful arsenal at the government’s disposal, and send them off on a mission to defeat an enigmatic, insuperable entity. U.S. intelligence officer Amanda Waller has determined only a secretly convened group of disparate, despicable individuals with next to nothing to lose will do. However, once they realize they weren’t picked to succeed but chosen for their patent culpability when they inevitably fail, will the Suicide Squad resolve to die trying, or decide it’s every man for himself?

Starring Will Smith, Jared Leto, Margot Robbie, Joel Kinnaman, Viola Davis, Jai Courtney, Jay Hernandez, Karen Fukuhara, Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje, Ike Barinholtz, Scott Eastwood and Cara Delevingne, Suicide Squad hits theaters on August 5, 2016.

Does anyone notice the guard talking to Harley is the same guy that the Joker is speaking the line “all that chit-chat is gonna get you hurt?”

Joker has guys on the inside to keep track of her.

I’m starting to wonder if the whole point of this is a really big chess game between the Joker and Batman. I’m starting to think the Green Arrow rumors are true. This video proves Joker has people on the inside. And there has to be a logical reason to have Batman in the movie. I’m also wondering if Deadshot isn’t helping Batman as well. It would give Will Smith the hero role he likes so much. I’m sort of shooting from the hip with the speculations.
