You wanted a second season of Supergirl? Well it looks like that’s exactly what you are getting as Leslie Moonves, CEO of CBS Corporation, revealed at the Deutsche Bank 2016 Media, Internet & Telecom Conference in Florida this morning, that CBS is planning to renew all their new shows that they introduced this season on CBS, which includes the DC Comics drama starring Melissa Benoist as the Girl of Steel.
While it’s not an official announcement that it has been renewed, it’s pretty safe to say at this point that the show will be returning for a second year.
Supergirl returns next Monday, March 14th, with their 16th episode titled “Falling” at 8/7c on CBS.
