‘Supergirl’ Episode 2.21 Ratings Down In 18-49 Demo, Rise In Total Viewers

The penultimate episode of Supergirl season two featured the titular hero in a race against time to foil Rhea’s plan to rule earth and rescue both Mon-El and Lena Luthor. While the episode may have dropped in the 18-49 demo, the harrowing hour of television experienced a slight increase in viewers.

TVByTheNumbers reports that last night’s episode scored a 0.5 demo rating, down a tenth, but earned 1.93 million viewers, an improvement over last week’s 1.86 million audience numbers.

Supergirl continues next week with the season finale titled “Nevertheless, She Persisted”.
