The CW released a new Supergirl teaser that spotlights Jon Cryer as the post-crisis Lex Luthor.

While Jon Cryer’s Lex Luthor seemingly perished towards the end of the previous Supergirl season, the infamous billionaire was brought back to life by the Monitor to play a crucial role in Crisis on Infinite Earths. While Supergirl and the other Arrowverse heroes were able to defeat the Anti-Monitor was restore the DC Multiverse, the new worlds were dramatically altered in ways that included Jon Cryer’s Lex Luthor returning for good.

Now, The CW has released the trailer for the first post-crisis episode of Supergirl that reveals Jon Cryer’s Lex Luthor has taken on a new role as a “good guy.” Of course, Supergirl is having trouble giving Jon Cryer’s Lex Luthor the benefit of the doubt and the new trailer teases the challenges she will face as she may be forced to work with her adversary.
