The final episodes of The CW’s longrunning show, Supernatural, have been delayed due to concerns over the coronavirus epidemic.

The coronavirus continues to affect the entertainment industry in ways that no one expected. Film and television show productions have been shut down and many have delayed their release. Theaters have closed down due in order to prevent the virus from spreading and many celebrities have been infected.

The latest TV show to fall victim to the coronavirus has been the longrunning CW television show, Supernatural. Supernatural‘s first season premiered in 2005 and is currently the network’s longest-running show. The series follows the Winchester brothers in their various battles with various supernatural forces. Some, however, have argued that the show has gone on for too long and the fifteenth season was eventually announced to be it’s last. But now Supernatural‘s final season has been delayed a little longer because of the coronavirus.

Earlier today, Supernatural executive producer Andrew Dabb announced that the latest episode of the long-running CW show would be the last one for a while. He clarified that while the show had filmed up to episode 18, the departments responsible for the show’s effects had shut down, delaying the final season. It is currently unknown when work on the final season of Supernatural will resume or when the final episodes will air.
