Deadline reports that Halloween star Will Patton has joined the cast of DC Universe’s Swamp Thing series.
Will Patton has been cast as one of the lead characters named Avery Sunderland, a well-known businessman who effectively serves as the patriarch of his Louisiana hometown. Though he is known for giving back to the community, he masks a desire to harness the town swamp for his own profit.
Will Patton recently starred opposite Jamie Lee Curtis in the latest Halloween sequel and his additional credits include Armageddon, Remember the Titans, and 2014’s The Punisher.
