Sylvester Stallone Shares ‘Creed II’ Set Video As Filming Begins

Sylvester Stallone has given fans their first look at the Rocky spin-off Creed II with a new behind-the-scenes set video.

As the Rocky spin-off Creed II enters filming, Sylvester Stallone uses his Instagram to share a quick anecdote about the original film over 40 years ago before walking into his trailer for the set of the spin-off’s sequel. In addition, the film’s principal cast has been revealed.

With filming on the Creed sequel underway, Stallone notes that his “trailer space” for the original Rocky film was the back of a truck, so he notes that this is progress. Check out the Creed II behind-the-scenes video below.

Creed II will be released on November 21, 2018. Its premise is as follows:

Life has become a balancing act for Adonis Creed. Between personal obligations and training for his next big fight, he is up against the challenge of his life. Facing an opponent with ties to his family’s past only intensifies his impending battle in the ring. Rocky Balboa is there by his side through it all and, together, Rocky and Adonis will confront their shared legacy, question what’s worth fighting for, and discover that nothing’s more important than family. Jordan as Adonis Creed, Sylvester Stallone as Rocky Balboa, Tessa Thompson as Bianca, Phylicia Rashad as Mary Anne, Wood Harris as Tony ‘Little Duke’ Burton, Russell Hornsby as Buddy Marcelle, Andre Ward as Danny ‘Stuntman’ Wheeler, Florian “The Big Nasty” Munteanu as Viktor Drago, and Dolph Lundgren as Ivan Drago.
