Teagan Croft Reveals A New Look At Raven’s Gem In BTS ‘Titans’ Photo

Titans star Teagan Croft share a new behind-the-scenes photo of herself as Raven with the character’s classic forehead gem from the comics.

In the comics and animated adaptions, Raven’s signature look traditionally includes has a gem on her forehead. However, the first season of Titans introduced Teagan Croft’s Raven without her trademark look, much to the disappointment of some fans.

Fortunately for those individuals, Teagan Croft’s Raven will return for the second season of Titans and this time she will bring the classic forehead gem with her as part of her new look. Now, Teagan Croft has taken to official Instagram account to share a brand new look at Raven’s gem and noted how she excited she is to finally share photos of the character’s new appearance for the second season of Titans.

Here is the official synopsis for the first season of Titans:

Titans follows young heroes from across the DC Universe as they come of age and find belonging in a gritty take on the classic Teen Titans franchise. Dick Grayson and Rachel Roth, a special young girl possessed by a strange darkness, get embroiled in a conspiracy that could bring Hell on Earth. Joining them along the way are the hot-headed Starfire and loveable Beast Boy. Together they become a surrogate family and team of heroes.

Titans stars Brenton Thwaites as Richard “Dick” Grayson / Robin, Anna Diop as Koriand’r / Starfire, Teagan Croft as Rachel Roth / Raven, and Ryan Potter as Garfield “Gar” Logan / Beast Boy. The series is also making a few additions for its sophomore outing, with Joshua Orpin and Esai Morales playing Superboy and Deathstroke, respectively, while Chella Man and Chelsea Zhang have also joined Titans as Deathstroke’s children. Natalie Gumede has signed on to play Mercy Graves and Game of Thrones star Iain Glen is on board as Bruce Wayne, a.k.a. Batman.

Titans season two premieres on September 6, 2019, on DC Universe.

DC Universe Debuts ‘Doom Patrol’ Character Posters

Doom PatrolAlong with the premiere of the first teaser for Doom Patrol, DC Universe also debuted a collection of character posters for each of the members of perhaps the strangest team of characters to be adapted in live-action form for DC Comics.

In particular, these new character posters highlight Timothy Dalton's The Chief, Diane Guerrero's Crazy Jane, Joivan Wade's Cyborg, April Bowlby's Elasti-Woman, Matt Bomer's Negative Man and Brendan Fraser's Robotman. These posters each follow unique designs that reflect the nature of each character and tease unique personalities amongst the group as well.
