‘The Mandalorian’ Sneak Peak Trailer To Release During Monday Night Football

A new sneak peak of The Mandalorian will arrive during the Monday Night Football ahead of the Star Wars series arrival tomorrow.

Fans will get a a new sneak peak of Disney’s The Mandalorian on ESPN during Monday Night Football which will get Star Wars fans ready for the arrival of the series tomorrow. The first live action Star Wars series focuses on Pedro Pascal’s mysterious bounty hunter in the aftermath of Return of the Jedi. Disney’s The Mandalorian also promises to vastly change things in the Star Wars universe, with the first episode supposedly including huge game-changing spoilers.

The Twitter account for Disney’s The Mandalorian announced that fans can get a sneak peak of the Star Wars series during Monday Night Football on ESPN. The tweet came with a quick montage of footage from The Mandalorian, showing off Pedro Pascal taking on a group of stormtroopers with a variety of weapons. Also seen in the brief clip was Werner Herzog, who tells Pedro Pascal “they’re waiting for you”, to which he replies “Yeah? Good”. Take a look at the announcement below.

After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.

The Mandalorian stars Pedro Pascal, Gina Carano, Giancarlo Esposito, Emily Swallow, Carl Weathers, Omid Abtahi, Werner Herzog, and Nick Nolte. The Disney+ series was written by Jon Favreau, who also serves as an executive producer alongside Dave Filoni, Kathleen Kennedy, and Colin Wilson. Karen Gilchrist is also on board as a co-executive producer.

Dave Filoni will direct the first episode of the Star Wars series and additional episodes will be helmed by Thor: Ragnarok director Taika Waititi, Jurassic World star Bryce Dallas Howard, Dope director Rick Famuyiwa, and Jessica Jones director Deborah Chow.

The Mandalorian will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on November 12, 2019.
