Consumer Protection BC has revealed the runtime for 20th Century Studios’ The New Mutants.
The current era of the X-Men film franchise is set to conclude with 20th Century Studios’ The New Mutants. Directed by Josh Boone and featuring a cast of characters who will be making their first appearance in the X-Men film series, the film will offer audiences a relatively more horror-centric experience than past installments of the franchise.
Unfortunately, fans will still have to wait a while longer before they can enjoy the experience due to the coronavirus pandemic, which prompted Disney to pull The New Mutants from its April 3, 2020 release date. However, Consumer Protection BC, an organization that serves as the “regulator of a variety of sectors and specific types of consumer transactions in British Columbia” has still taken the time to classify the long-awaited film.
According to Consumer Protection BC, The New Mutants will have a runtime of 94 minutes, or 1 hour and 34 minutes. If true, this would make it the shortest film in the X-Men film series.
